✅ Eat the same grounding breakfast this week

✅ Re-listen to your favorite calming playlist—don’t find a new one

✅ Watch a comfort movie or re-read a chapter you love

✅ Journal using the same 3 questions daily (e.g., “What feels true right now?”)


👃 2. Let Smell Guide You

Use your sense of smell to say yes or no—don’t overthink it.

✅ Use one grounding scent (like lavender or frankincense) to reset your energy

✅ Smell your food before eating—it matters more than the ingredients
