About the program
Less than 10 minutes of somatic wellbeing awareness, activities, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation strategies, journal prompts and grounding practices to release emotion and stress from the body and mind everyday for 14 days. This program is designed to be utilised following a healing therapy session but can be useful at anytime when a person is feeling nervous system dysregulation or to ease stress symptoms.
